Please read instruction carefully:

1. All required documents should be stamped and signed.
2. All documents should be legible
3. Monthly Affidavit of not having entered into PPA or any other bilateral agreement is required to be submitted in hard copy as well.
4. Start date of application shall from the date on which application is found complete in all respect.
5. Registration fee in lines with UERC tariff regulations shall be Rs. 10,000 and fee for NOC application shall be Rs. 5,000.
6. Acceptance of payment through DD is subjected to its confirmation of Payment at our bank.
7. In case of facing any difficulty/ issues with software, technical support may be obtained at Contact No M/s Invetech or email sldc@ptcul.org.
8. Charge trader/meter details shall be accomplished before applying for NoC.
9. Mobile no./email of authorised representative shall be updated regularly for SMS/email notifications.
10. Passwords are never asked by SLDC officials, password etc are not be disclosed to any other also.
11. Software interface for NoC etc. shall be used by authorised representative of firm only, in case any abnormality observed, shall be reported to SLDC immediately. Confirmation for credentials at the time of registration
12. 13. File size for uploading shall be within the specified limits otherwise uploading may not be possible. In such case applications will be in-complete and shall not be considered.
